Two configurations are available: 2 BHK at 1,210 sq ft and 3 BHK at 1,465 sq ft (both super built-up area). Each configuration has a single fixed super built-up area. RERA carpet areas will be published once the project receives its Karnataka RERA registration at or before the December 2026 launch.
A configuration-wise cost sheet is shared on enquiry through the Shriram Properties sales team. Ask for the total cost inclusive of stamp duty, registration and GST. The official published price list will be released at the December 2026 formal launch.
Possession is expected from December 2030. The formal launch is scheduled for December 2026. Construction is expected to run approximately four years from the launch date. The Karnataka RERA portal will carry the confirmed possession timeline once the project receives registration.
